This site is designed to comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this data for any other purpose, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Legal basis: your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries about our services.
This site links to our Instagram profile. Clicking that link takes you to Instagram, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — no data is transferred to Instagram by our site itself; Meta's own privacy policy governs what happens once you're on their platform.
3. Third-party services we use
Vercel (hosting)
This site is hosted on Vercel Inc., based in the United States. Basic technical data (such as IP address and browser information) is processed automatically by Vercel to deliver the site to you. This is standard for any website and necessary for the site to function.
Resend (contact form delivery)
Messages submitted through our contact form are delivered via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes the content of your message only to deliver it to us.
Because Vercel and Resend are based outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, your data may be processed in the United States. Both providers participate in data protection frameworks intended to ensure an adequate level of protection for such transfers (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). 4. Cookies & Analytics
Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand overall site traffic (e.g. page views, general visitor counts). This tool is cookieless and does not store any personal identifier in your browser or track you across websites — it only reports aggregated, anonymous usage statistics. No consent is required for this under Swiss or EU law, as it does not process personal data in a way that identifies you.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, time spent, general location at country/city level, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this, and these cookies are only activated if you give your consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you don't consent, Google Analytics will not run, and no such cookies will be set.
Data collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to the United States. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the site footer, or through your browser's cookie settings.
We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, or any tool that builds a cross-site profile of you.
5. How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted unless you become a client (in which case ordinary business record-keeping periods apply).

Under the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:
